PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING THE MCOBS COMPLAINT FORM:
 
One of the principal duties of MCOBS is to investigate any violation of the law by bondsmen or bondsmen’s employees.  Please make certain that you understand all of the following statements prior to submitting a complaint form to MCOBS:

  • MCOBS cannot initiate an investigation without the receipt of a sworn complaint.
  • This complaint becomes part of MCOBS proceedings and records and, as such, is confidential.
  • It is a crime for any person to willfully and knowingly file a false complaint.
  • It is a crime for any person to reveal the existence of this confidential complaint to anyone other than the representatives of MCOBS.
